We kindly ask all guests to treat our therapists and fellow clients with courtesy and respect at all times. Abusive language, intimidation, inappropriate behaviour, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the treatment without refund.
Health & Medical Information
Please inform your therapist before your treatment if you have any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, are pregnant, or are taking medication. In the case of a fever, contagious illness, or any other condition that may affect the safety of the treatment, we reserve the right to modify or decline the treatment.
Massage therapy is intended to support your overall well-being and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Hygiene
We kindly ask you to arrive for your appointment feeling clean and refreshed. Together, we can maintain a pleasant and hygienic environment for everyone.
We provide fresh towels, clean linens, and a hygienic treatment room to ensure you enjoy a comfortable, relaxing, and worry-free experience.
No erotic services
At Ayuttaya Thai Massage, we provide professional wellness and therapeutic massage treatments only.
Any request, suggestion, or behaviour of a sexual or inappropriate nature will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the treatment without refund. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if our therapists feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be made by phone, via WhatsApp, or through our online booking system.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
We kindly ask you to arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment time to respect the schedules of other guests. The full cost of the reserved treatment will still apply.
Payment
Payment is due immediately after your treatment.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be redeemed before the expiry date stated on the voucher.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, the voucher will automatically become invalid and can no longer be redeemed.
Expired gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be extended, exchanged, or compensated under any circumstances.
Privacy
Your personal data is used solely for scheduling and managing your appointments and is handled with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during their visit. Ayuttaya Thai Massage cannot be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property while on our premises.
Liability
All treatments at Ayuttaya Thai Massage are performed with the utmost care, professionalism, and expertise.
While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, Ayuttaya Thai Massage cannot be held liable for any physical reactions, injuries, or discomfort that may occur following a treatment, unless such effects are the result of proven negligence on our part.
