Ayutthaya Thai Massage exclusively provides services and treatments. Appointments for massages can be booked through our website. We do not sell or ship any physical products through our website.
For this reason, returns and exchanges do not apply to our services.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you have booked an appointment and are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
An appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
In the event of a cancellation or change less than 24 hours before the appointment, or if you fail to attend without prior notice (no-show), we reserve the right to charge the full price of the booked treatment.
Late arrival
We kindly ask you to arrive preferably 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment.
If you arrive late, the duration of your treatment may be shortened to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. In this case, the full price of the originally booked treatment may still be charged.
No online payments
No online payments are made through our website for booked treatments. Payment is made after the treatment.
As no payment is collected when booking online, there is also no online payment to refund for a standard online booking.
Refunds
As we provide services and payment is generally only made after the treatment, refunds do not normally apply.
Once a treatment has been fully or partially provided, the amount paid is generally non-refundable.
If you have a problem or complaint regarding a treatment, please contact us as soon as possible. We assess each situation individually and, where possible, will seek an appropriate solution.
No returns or exchanges
As Ayutthaya Thai Massage does not sell or ship physical products through its website, services cannot be returned or exchanged in the same way as physical goods.
The usual rules regarding product returns, return labels, and return shipments therefore do not apply.
Gift cards
Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions stated on our website and/or provided with the gift card.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
