Welcome to Ayutthaya Thai Massage. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website, the booking of appointments, and the treatments and services provided by Ayutthaya Thai Massage.
By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read these terms carefully before booking an appointment.
1. Ayutthaya Thai Massage
Ayutthaya Thai Massage provides professional massage and wellness treatments at our practice in Wolvertem (Meise), Belgium.
Our website is hosted by Shopify and provides information about our treatments, prices, availability, and other services. You can also book an appointment online through our website.
No physical products are ordered or shipped through our website, and no online payments are made for massage treatments.
2. Appointments and bookings
Appointments can be booked through our website, among other methods. When booking an appointment, we ask for certain information, such as your first name, last name, email address, and telephone number.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information so that we can correctly register your appointment and contact you if necessary.
An appointment is considered confirmed once the booking has been successfully registered and confirmed.
Ayutthaya Thai Massage reserves the right to refuse, change, or cancel an appointment where necessary for organisational, technical, safety, or other valid reasons. If this occurs, we will make every effort to inform you as soon as possible.
3. Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible.
An appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
In the event of a cancellation or change less than 24 hours before the appointment, or if you fail to attend without prior notice (no-show), we reserve the right to charge the full price of the booked treatment.

4. Arrival and late arrival
We kindly ask you to arrive preferably 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment. This allows the treatment to begin at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, the duration of your treatment may be shortened to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.
In the event of late arrival, the full price of the originally booked treatment may still be charged, even if the actual treatment time is reduced.
5. Prices and payment
The current prices of our treatments are listed on our website.
All prices shown are the prices applicable at the time of booking, subject to obvious errors or promotions and special offers stated otherwise.
Ayutthaya Thai Massage reserves the right to change its prices and range of treatments. A price change will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed.
For massage treatments, no online payment is made through our website. Payment is made after the treatment using the payment methods available at our practice.
6. Treatments
We perform our treatments with the greatest possible care, attention, and professionalism.
The information on our website regarding massages and their potential benefits is provided for general informational purposes only. The results and effects described may vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
Our massage treatments are intended for relaxation and well-being and are not a substitute for a medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.
If you experience persistent pain, serious symptoms, or have concerns about your health, we recommend consulting a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional first.
7. Health and medical information
You are responsible for informing us in advance of any relevant health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, recent surgery, medication, or other circumstances that may affect the safety or suitability of a treatment.
If you are unsure whether a massage is suitable for you, we recommend seeking advice from your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional beforehand.
Ayutthaya Thai Massage reserves the right to refuse, adapt, or discontinue a treatment if we believe that the treatment may not be safe or suitable.
We ask you to discuss sensitive medical information directly with the massage therapist whenever possible and not to provide such information through the standard online booking form unless expressly requested.
8. Hygiene
We place great importance on hygiene and expect the same from our clients.
We ask you to attend your appointment with good personal hygiene. Our premises, equipment, and massage materials are carefully maintained and cleaned.
If hygiene conditions make it impossible to provide a safe or pleasant treatment, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the treatment.
9. Respectful behaviour
At Ayutthaya Thai Massage, maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful environment is essential.
We expect clients to treat our staff, other clients, and our facilities with respect.
Inappropriate, intimidating, aggressive, discriminatory, or sexually inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the treatment.
10. No erotic services
Ayutthaya Thai Massage exclusively provides professional massage and wellness treatments.
We do not provide erotic or sexual services. Requests for such services will not be accepted.
In the event of inappropriate or sexually inappropriate behaviour, the treatment may be terminated immediately and future services may be refused.
11. Personal belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during their visit.
To the extent permitted by law, Ayutthaya Thai Massage cannot be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left at our practice.
12. Gift cards
Where Ayutthaya Thai Massage offers gift cards, they are subject to the terms and conditions stated on our website and/or provided with the gift card.
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once the validity period has expired, the gift card can no longer be used.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
13. Cancellations by Ayutthaya Thai Massage
In exceptional circumstances, Ayutthaya Thai Massage may need to change or cancel an appointment, for example due to illness, force majeure, technical issues, or other circumstances that prevent the treatment from taking place.
We will make every effort to inform you as soon as possible and, where possible, offer you the opportunity to schedule a new appointment.
To the extent permitted by law, Ayutthaya Thai Massage is not liable for indirect costs or damages resulting from the change or cancellation of an appointment.
14. Liability
Our treatments are carried out with the greatest possible care, professionalism, and expertise.
The client remains responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health and physical condition that may be relevant to the treatment.
To the extent permitted by law, Ayutthaya Thai Massage cannot be held liable for physical reactions, discomfort, or injuries occurring after a treatment where these are not the result of a demonstrable fault or negligence on our part.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
15. Website and availability
We make every effort to keep the information on our website accurate, complete, and up to date. However, typographical errors, technical errors, or temporary inaccuracies may occur.
We reserve the right to correct or change information, prices, treatments, availability, and other content on the website.
We cannot guarantee that our website or online booking system will be available at all times without interruption or technical issues.

Ayutthaya Thai Massage is not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of websites and services operated by third parties.
17. Shopify
Our website is hosted by Shopify, which provides the technical infrastructure that enables us to make our website and online services available.
Your agreement regarding a booked treatment is directly between you and Ayutthaya Thai Massage. Shopify is not a provider or performer of our massage treatments.

When using our website and booking an appointment, personal data may be processed.

19. Intellectual property
